Use
You use this standard analysis for evaluating the entire perishables process, from ordering and goods receipt to transferring stock to the stores and selling perishable produce at the POS. This analysis covers both retailing and wholesaling processes, enabling you to analyze key figures on total volume in sales orders, deliveries and billing documents. This standard analysis is useful in day-to-day business, since the period indicator of the information structure is Day.
