Definition

This standard analysis allows you to evaluate customers to merchandise category level.

Use

The customer is the focal point of this standard analysis. This analysis is therefore particularly important for the wholesale industry, but is also of interest in retailing if the customer is known. The key figures come from sales processing, and include, for example, absolute sales volume and key figures for third-party orders. You can use the Customer/Article standard analysis to perform detailed analyses to article level.

Structure

The Customer/Merchandise Category standard analysis is based on data that the system updates to information structure S123.
