Evaluating Templates 
Prerequisites
You have defined a planning template/activity type and assigned it to at least one cost center.
Procedure
Choose Accounting ®
Controlling ®
Cost Center Accounting ®
Planning ®
Planning Aids ®
Formula planning ® Costs and Statistical key figures or Activity Inputs.
Select whether you want to specify one cost center, one cost center interval, one cost center group, all the cost centers in your controlling area or a selection variant for which plan values are to be calculated according to the corresponding planning template.
Enter the version, period and fiscal year.
To avoid system bottlenecks when you process large quantities of data, choose Background processing.
Choose Test run if you do not want to update the results immediately.
The system writes the plan data in a Detailed list. For this reason, you should always select Detailed list together with Test run.
Choose Detailed list to check the evaluation results.
Result
The system displays the calculated plan values in the detailed list.
