Use

You can decide which columns should be displayed in different screen areas.

Prerequisites

The columns that are available are determined in Customizing. For further information see the Implementation Guide (IMG) under Personnel Management ® Global Settings in Personnel Management ® Column Framework or the IMG for Organizational Management under Hierarchy Framework ® Column Framework.

Procedure

  1. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.
  2. The Column configuration dialog box appears.

  3. Select the columns that you want to display.
  4. Some entries represent column groups. If you select one of those entries, the system displays more than one column.

  5. Confirm your entries by choosing This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

Result

The columns you selected are displayed.

Note

You can reset all of a user’s column configurations using the report RH_DELETE_COL_USER_SETTINGS. Note that the reset takes place across all applications. For more information, see the report documentation.
