Use
You use this procedure to select and delete allocation tables based on various criteria (such as the purchasing organization or the status). How often you delete allocation tables depends on the volume of data in your system.
If you send stores notifications for allocation tables, the system generates message status records which also have to be deleted. A distinction is made between:
The system generates a single message record for every combination of article and site for which a notification is sent to the stores. When an allocation table is deleted, the system deletes the relevant single message records.

Deleting Allocation Tables
An allocation table has this status if no follow-on documents have been generated for it. This type of deletion is used in cases where you have just created an allocation table but you realize immediately that it is not required (because the data entered was not correct or the allocation is not needed after all) and can be deleted.
