Entering content frameProcedure documentation Generating Background Follow-On Documents for Allocation Tables Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

  1. Choose Purchasing® Allocation ® Allocation table® Create follow-on documents
    1. The screen Allocation table for follow-on document generation appears.
    2. Select the type of follow-on document you want (vendor order, warehouse order, sales order, delivery).
    3. Define the selection criteria using the tab page General Criteria and the tab page for the type of document you want.
    4. Choose Goto ® Variants ® Save as Variant and save your selection criteria in a variant.
  1. Schedule the variant as a job in the background.
    1. Then choose System ® Services ® Jobs ® Define Job.
    2. Choose Step.
    3. Enter the program RWWGENFB and the name of the variant and save this.

    4. Choose Start condition.
    5. Enter your start condition, for example, date and time. You can also schedule periodic execution here. Save your start condition.

    6. Save your entries for the job.
