Compiling Rebate Income Data (Report)

Use

You can use reports RWMBON07 and RWMBON37 to recompile the information structures for income data for vendor and customer arrangements.

Prerequisites

Before you recompile incomes, you must carry out a recompilation of business volume data.

Features

Before you recompile income data, you must delete any incomes that already exist in the system. By doing this, you ensure that incomes are not updated twice. Select the relevant indicator for this.

When you do this, the relevant key figures for all information structures in the system are set to zero. However, this is only done if the information structures contain the characteristic Rebate arrangement or Condition record number. The information structure should have a secondary index referring to the relevant characteristic.

If a large number of data records are to be added (at least 10% - 15% of the total data volume of the information structure), you can have improved system performance by deleting the secondary indices and then recreating them after the data has been restructured. Select the relevant indicator for this.
You can initially carry out a check run in order to view any error messages that may be generated and correct any errors.
You can specify that the execution of the program is terminated or interrupted by a certain point in time.
You can have the system issue a log, if required.

This log contains the settlement document items, including provisions for accrued income and settled income, and any messages that occurred.

Activities

You enter the relevant information and a version.

For test purposes, you can first enter a version that starts with the two characters &(. You can enter any character as the third character. You enter version 000 as the operative version.

The user parameter MCR allows you to directly access the data of this version in all list functions for business volumes (business volumes, statement of statistical data, standard analysis). To achieve this, enter the value 000 for the parameter MCR under System ® User profile ® Own data.

You can also write the program directly to version 000. If errors occurred during processing of document items, these document items can be reprocessed in another program run once the errors have been corrected.
