Use

You use this function to create worklists which you put certain objects in so that they can be processed at a later date.

In the worklist, you can mark any number of arrangements for which a recompilation of business volumes and/or income data or a subsequent update is to be carried out, for example.

Procedure

To create a worklist for rebate arrangements, proceed as follows:

  1. Choose object type Arrangement.
  2. Enter an Object usage.

The object usage indicates the way in which the objects (arrangements) in the worklist are to be processed further. For the further processing of arrangements (Subsequent Settlement), you can select one of the following object usages:

  1. For the object usage you entered, create a worklist by entering an ID and description for the worklist.

Results

You have created a worklist. You can use the 'Process worklist' function (report RWMBON12) to assign the arrangements that you want to process to this worklist and carry out the actual processing (object usage) (see Processing a Worklist (Report)).
