Use

You use this function to gain an overview of key business issues by using standard analyses directly in the store.

Integration

SAP Retail Store reads the data for the analyses directly from the central SAP system. SAP GUI for HTML is used to display the data (see Notes on the Reports in SAP Retail Store). An Internet application component (IAC) is not used. The individual reports are contained in report tree RSW1. The report tree is displayed using transaction SARP.

You can carry out the following standard analyses:

You can use this standard analysis to perform an analysis, right down to article level, from a purchasing point of view. You can, for example, create tops/flops lists for stores or distribution centers in a season, to help you determine the materials that are not selling well.

This standard analysis helps you evaluate promotions. You can use it to analyze logistics processes and sales of promotional merchandise. You can determine which materials are particularly well- or ill-suited to a particular promotion theme, and find out whether a promotion was successful, or what the sales margin on the promotional merchandise was, for example.

This standard analysis is part of the sales audit. You can use it to evaluate cashier data such as POS differences, scanning rates, cash register amounts, and cancellation quotas. For example, you can find out how many cash register receipts were posted on a certain day, the POS differences for a cashier, or the discounts that were granted by a particular cashier. You can also find out how much cashier data there is per day in the stores.

This standard analysis is part of the sales audit. You can use it to evaluate POS upload as per cash register receipts. It also enables you to carry out an analysis of the atomic purchasing processes right down to payment type level.

This standard analysis supplies data that is particularly important from a sales point of view. It forms the basis for the short-term retail profitability statements.

The customer is the focal point of this standard analysis. The key figures come from sales processing, and include, for example, absolute sales volume and key figures for third-party orders. This standard analysis can be used for detailed analyses right down to article level.

This analysis is used to analyze buying behavior. It copies data from information structure S117 using Copy Management (SAP Method R002. It answers questions such as:
