These functions are always available, provided that totals exist in the current display.

If totals rows and non-totals rows in the list are displayed, you can restrict the display to subtotals and totals.

Choose Compress or click on the totals row in the lead column.

If totals rows only are displayed in the list, you can expand these by choosing Expand or by clicking on the totals row in the lead column.
