Prerequisites

Use this feature to reset the password applied to a selected scenario group. You reset passwords, for example, when someone forgets his or her password.

You must have a certain level of authority to use this function.

Procedure

  1. On the main Personnel Cost Planning screen, choose Planning ® Administration

    2. The Planning Scenario Administration screen appears.

  2. Select the scenario group for which you want to change the password.
  3. Choose Edit ® Change password.

    4. The Set New Password dialog box appears.

  4. In both Password fields, enter the new password.
  5. Choose Save.

Result

The system saves the new password.
