Integration

Settlement documents are among the things created when you settle orders in cost accounting. You mainly encounter them in the DRB as documents that are linked with an accounting or cost accounting document. The settlement document is then the source document of the related business transaction, namely the settlement.

Prerequisites

To optimize the DRB functions for archived settlement documents, you are recommended to proceed as follows:

  1. Determine with which archiving objects settlement documents either are or were archived. You can obtain the relevant archiving objects from the above table.
  2. From the above table determine the archive information structures for the archiving objects, and activate them.
  3. Construct the archive information structures for the required archive files.
