A class belonging to a rental object type.

The group is defined in the real estate contract.

Example

A tenant leases space from various pooled spaces that are defined by type, such as offices, storage rooms, rooms or open areas. These are assigned to a single contract. The different spaces are not assigned individually in the contract, but are instead assigned to object groups for their type since similar conditions and rules apply for them.
