Use

When reorganizing, you can delete the POS outbound processing or assortment list status entries that are no longer required. You can also delete any error logs that resulted and IDocs, if you wish. To do this, use program RWDOSRS.

The system deletes individual objects in the POS system using a direct requisition.

However, if the main EAN/UPC of an article changes, the R/3 system does not usually recognize the old main EAN/UPC that is needed to delete the article in the POS system. This would mean that, over the course of time, a large amount of unused data would build up in the POS systems.

For this reason, POS outbound has a function for implied deletion that automatically creates deletion records if they are needed.

The system creates a deletion record for this merchandise group (WPDWGR01). It also creates deletion records for all articles assigned to this merchandise group for the store concerned (WP_PLU02, WP_EAN01, WPDNAC01 and WPDSET01).

The system creates a deletion record for the article concerned with the old main EAN/UPC for the stores concerned (WP_PLU02, WP_EAN01, WPDNAC01 and WPDSET01).

The system creates a deletion record for the article concerned for the stores in question (WP_PLU02, WP_EAN01, WPDNAC01 and WPDSET01).
