Use

You can use the DRB to display archived accounting documents.

Prerequisites

To display archived accounting documents from the DRB either the application-specific archive index for archiving object FI_DOCUMNT must have been constructed (table ARIX_BKPF) or an archive information structure must be active for either field catalog SAP_FI_DOC_001 or SAP_FI_DOC_002.

You have to set that the document display uses the archive index in transaction FB00.

Recommendation

You are recommended to use search strategy 1. You can also use other search strategies for the archive but should note that you may encounter runtime problems in connection with the DRB if you do so.
