Using the Replenishment Monitor in Multi-Step Replenishment
Use
You can evaluate the results of replenishment planning using the replenishment monitor. You can see, for example, which items have been processed successfully and where any errors have occurred. You can analyze the cause of the error for any items with errors. Each report in replenishment planning is assigned a number internally. You can use this number to identify a planning run.
Prerequisites
If you want to evaluate the results of replenishment runs in the monitor, you need to activate the update of replenishment results in Customizing for Replenishment. Updating is active in the standard system.
Features
The results in the replenishment monitor are divided into the following categories:
The system only displays follow-on documents that were generated by the report for follow-on document generation. The system does not display the replenishment requirements.
Each category contains information on how the items were processed (for every combination of store and article).
Once follow-on documents have been created, you can see the results of the replenishment run in the replenishment monitor. In particular, the errors that occurred during replenishment planning from all the reports are displayed.
Activities
You can delete logged replenishment results that you no longer require in the system using program RWRPLDEL (transaction WRDL). How often you delete this data will depend on the volume of data in your system.
