Inbound processing for store requirements planning.

Integration

In the SAP Retail Store Store Order, you can check for which assortment groups inbound processing has been performed.

The data for the assortment list group is transferred to table GROUP. The field contents for table GROUP are taken from the data in interface SRS_PDC_SO_OUTBOUND or SRS_PDC_SO_STRUCTURE.

If you are using the SAP Business Connector to transfer data, there are special help programs available that update and transfer previously created XML files to RFC module RS_PDC_SO_INBOUND.

Prerequisites

You can control follow-on document generation using the POS inbound profile. The same rules apply here as for the Customizing for SAP Retail Store Store Order. A previously defined POS inbound profile is assigned to a store by the POS view in the store master data maintenance.

If you want to work with default quantities, you must select the field Determine and Display Default Quantities in the Customizing for SAP Retail Store Store Order (Logistics - General -> Retail Store -> Store Order -> Global Controls).

You can change and create purchase requisitions or generate follow-on documents such as purchase orders using RFC module SRS_PDC_SO_INBOUND. You can also check for which assortment list groups inbound processing has been performed.

In inbound processing, any errors that occur are logged in the application log (transaction SLG1) under object W_SRS and subobject PDC_SO_IN.

To guarantee that the interface functions, you must fill the following fields:

You should enter data into the table GROUP to enable the inbound processing to be checked by the SAP Retail Store Store Order.

If you want to change or create purchase requisitions using inbound processing, field PROCESS_PROPOSALS must contain the value X.
