Displaying Information on Updated Statistical Records
Use
You can display information on the statistical data of a condition record using the functions Statement and Detailed statement.
- Using the Statement function, you can display a list of all statistical records created within the framework of the cumulative business volume update process for a rebate arrangement. The list contains the scale and condition bases of the period conditions and (where applicable) the main condition, as well as the settled rebate income and provisions for accrued income for each statistical record (that is, for each condition record), site, tax code, vendor and month. Both the rebate income deriving from partial settlements and that resulting from final settlement is shown.
- If, in addition to the statistical data, you want the list to show all purchasing documents (e.g. purchase orders, invoices received) pertaining to a rebate arrangement and its condition records, use the Detailed statement function.
Procedure
To display a list including statistical records, proceed as follows:
- On the
Detailed Statement of Vendor Business Volumes (Rebate Arrangements, Purchasing) screen or on the
Statement of Statistical Data (Rebate Arrangements, Purchasing) screen enter the required selection criteria.
Choose Program
®
Execute.The list of results is displayed.
You can call up various functions from the list, such as:
- Arrangement for a statistics record
- Condition-granter for a statistics record
- Settlement document for a statistics record
