Procedure

To enter requested quantities and the quantities confirmed by the head office in allocation tables, proceed as follows:

Note

You can only enter requested quantities and confirmed quantities for allocation table items with the notification category request notification.
  1. On the Allocation Table - Edit Reply Initial Screen enter an allocation table for which you wish to enter quantities and press ENTER . The item overview screen of the allocation table appears.
  2. Select the allocation table item to be processed and choose Goto ® Sites ® Sites in item. Enter the quantity requested by the site per item (optional) and the quantity confirmed by the head office.

Fast Entry of Confirmed Quantities

To adopt the planned quantity as the confirmed quantity for all selected items, choose Edit ® More functions ® Confirmed quantity ® CQ = Plnnd qty.
  1. Save your entries.
