After a reply has been sent by a site to a request notification issued by head office, a confirmation notification is issued.

The confirmed quantities and delivery dates can be - but do not have to be - identical to the quantities and delivery dates requested by the sites. The confirmation notification is for information purposes only. The information contained in it is the same as that contained in the allocation table notification.

It comprises data grouped together from one or more allocation table for a particular site. It contains information on articles, quantities, delivery dates and text information.
