Use
You can flag allocation table items as returns items. This allows you to handle centrally-coordinated return items (perhaps because of a product recall, for example).
Features
The head office can find out the quantity to be returned by the sites using request notifications. The follow-on documents for returns items in allocation tables are always purchase orders. If you use this type of allocation table, the system sets the returns indicator whenever you create an item. You can use all the functions provided by the allocation table in handling returns. When goods are returned from a site to a vendor via a distribution center, the delivery date of the site must be before the delivery date of the distribution center.
