Use

Sales prices can be calculated for several articles and organizational levels at once. The list group determines whether article data or organizational level data appears in the pricing table header.

Features

List groups can have the following characteristics:

List Group

This means:

A

Article data (article descriptions, for example) is displayed in the pricing table header. The selected organizational levels are displayed in the table as pricing items.

If you selected more than one article here, there will be a separate screen for each article.

B

Organizational level data appears in the pricing table header. The selected articles are displayed in the table as pricing items.

Each organizational level selected appears in a separate screen.

The organizational level data (for list group A), and the article data (for list group B) is displayed in the fixed part of the table that is always visible when you scroll horizontally.

For list group A, the pricing items for sites are listed below the pricing item of the relevant distribution chain. The same applies to sites and site groups or price lists and distribution chains.

For list group B, the variants of a generic article and the components of a sales set are listed below the generic article or sales set.

Activities

Select the list group required in the selection screen for sales price calculations.

Note

You can change the list group interactively in the pricing table later: To do this, select Settings ® Display

Default values for the list group can be defined in Customizing (under market-basket pricing type or promotion type) for functions that call the sales price calculation function, such as the market-basket price calculation function or the retail promotions function.
