Manually Requesting Assortment Lists
Procedure
To manually request generation of an assortment list, proceed as follows:
1. Enter selection criteria for recipients and articles on the
Assortment List: Manual Request Screen.2. In the Control check box, you can select parallel processing of data. This is recommended if a large number of recipients (for example, stores) receive assortment lists.
You can enter the maximum number of parallel processes and a server group to be used.
3. Choose Program
® Execute.The system prepares the data for the assortment list.
Results
You then receive a list of the IDocs created.
Notes and Remarks
Schedule programs with long run times in the background.
You can check the processing status of the IDocs via the POS Interface Monitor.
