Analysis Tool for Load Building 
Use
You use this function to check the completeness of the load building settings in Customizing and in the vendor, vendor sub-range, site and article functions.
The system creates a results log in a tree structure, from which you can go directly to the relevant maintenance transactions (except for the Customizing settings).
Features
The system performs the following tests:
- Does a number range for collective purchase orders exist?
- Does a number range for the log exist?
- Does an interval exist in the number range for collective numbers?
- Does an interval exist in the number range for the log?
- Have parameters been maintained for load building and investment buying?
- Have restrictions been maintained?
- Have descriptions for the restrictions been maintained in the language specified?
- Have restriction categories been maintained?
- Have descriptions for the restriction categories been maintained in the language specified?
- Has at least one restriction profile been maintained?
- Have descriptions for the restriction profiles been maintained in the language specified?
The system makes these Customizing checks for the language specified. This is important because the descriptions for restrictions or restriction categories, foe example, are language-dependent.
- Has one purchasing organization only been maintained?
- Has the indicator for automatic purchase orders been set at purchasing organization level?
- Is there a restriction profile at purchasing organization level?
- Checks in connection with vendor sub-ranges
- Has the indicator for automatic purchase orders been set?
- Has a restriction profile been maintained?
- Checks in connection with sites
- Has the indicator for automatic purchase orders been set?
- Has a restriction profile been maintained?
- Vendor sub-ranges (checks in connection with vendors)
- Has the indicator for automatic purchase orders been set?
- Has a restriction profile been maintained?
- Has a customer number been maintained?
- Has a purchasing organization been maintained?
- Has a logistics calendar been maintained?
- Have control parameters for requirements planning been maintained?
- Has the item number for purchase requisitions been maintained?
- Has scheduling in line with info record or contract been maintained?
- Has the indicator for automatic purchase orders been set?
- Checks in connection with vendors

- Has a restriction profile been maintained?
- Has the net weight been maintained for every unit of measure?
- Has the gross weight been maintained for every unit of measure?
- Has the weight unit been maintained for every unit of measure?
- Has the volume been maintained for every unit of measure?
- Has the volume unit been maintained for every unit of measure?
If you narrow down your selection to sites or vendors, the system only makes these checks for the articles listed in the sites or at the vendors.
