The single role Creation of an Internal Service Request covers typical functions for creating such a request. This request can be of a general nature. This role is therefore part of the composite role Employee.

This role does not contain many transactions but it provides a simplified way of creating an Internal Service Request on the Internet. From here, you can transfer directly to a relevant R/3 transaction using the WebGUI, if required.
