Displaying the Order 

Use

You now display the order with your user profile.

Procedure

  1. Call up the transaction as follows:

  2. Delete any order numbers that may be defaulted in the Order field.
  3. Position your cursor on the Order field, then choose F4 help.

    4. If the Restrict Value Range dialog box appears, choose . Then choose the entry PM Orders via Order List.

  4. The Display PM Orders: List of Orders screen appears.
  5. Enter the following data:

  6. Choose .

    7. This search criteria should be sufficient for the system to find your order. If a selection of orders is displayed, select the one labeled Alternative Label....

  7. Choose .
  8. Choose .

    9. Note that the FunctLocation field contains the entry AC-01, just as you set in your user profile.

    The order can now be processed as usual.

  9. Choose until the overview tree appears.
