Define Forms

Here you create a form that can be used as the template for the report layout.

You specify the following information:

• Which columns and rows are displayed in the report

• Which data is displayed in the columns of the report

• Which data is displayed in the rows of the report

• The format in which the numbers in the report are displayed

Requirements

You have already processed the step Generate Characteristics for Product Drilldown if you want to use your own key figures.

Standard Settings

The standard system contains a number of predefined forms. The form reports in the standard system refer to these forms.

Recommendation

Use the forms provided in the standard system if you want to define your own forms.
