With the transactional app My Leads, you can create, display, edit, receive, and search for leads as well as follow up on potential accounts. This app is available for use on desktop PCs and mobile devices, such as smartphones and tablets. You can also use the app in offline mode.

Key Features
  • Search for and display your own leads

    • You can also view others' leads for which you have authorizations.

    • Leads can only be searched by ID or name.
  • Create new leads and edit lead data, such as contact, employee responsible, and sales organization

  • Display the key data of a lead, such as account (sales prospect), contact, and employee responsible

  • Display the complete data of a lead, such as sales organization, notes, attachments, participants, and transaction history

  • Display, add, edit, and delete participants, notes, products, and attachments of a lead

  • Create follow-up opportunities, leads, tasks, and appointments

  • Receive open leads assigned to you (with the option to accept or reject them)

  • Set the maximum number of leads that you want to display

  • Use the app in offline mode

Offline Use on Mobile Devices

The following restrictions apply when you use the app in offline mode:

  • You cannot create new leads or edit lead data.

  • You cannot upload attachments.

  • You cannot create follow-up appointments, leads, tasks, or opportunities.

Note If you want to deploy the app for offline use, you need to implement and configure it, then package it for installation on mobile devices. For more information about packaging, see Preparing SAP Fiori Apps for Offline Use.
Technical Features

In addition, this app supports the following technical features and options. Some of these features require additional components or settings in your system landscape:

  • This app enables you to upload documents. For security reasons, we strongly recommend that you install a virus scanner in your system landscape. For more information, see Virus Scanning.

Navigation Targets

This app enables users to access other apps directly (for example to display detailed information).


Linked apps have to be already available in your system landscape or you have to implement them along with this app.

System Landscape Requirements

In order to be able to implement this app, your system landscape has to be enabled for SAP Fiori. One of the requirements for your system landscape is that your back-end product meets the required product version stack:

  • SAP enhancement package 3 for SAP CRM 7.0 (11 (01/2016))
  • SAP enhancement package 4 for SAP CRM 7.0 (01 (01/2016))
Note If you want to implement the product on SAP enhancement package 2 for SAP CRM or a lower release, you need to install the software component containing the back-end components of the apps (that is, GBX02CRM 700) separately on your back-end system. This software component is delivered with the product SAP Fiori transactional apps 1.0 for SAP CRM. To install the apps for a lower back-end release, we recommend that you install both the front-end and back-end components with the product SAP Fiori transactional apps 1.0 for SAP CRM.
