The analytical app displays the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Average Delay Time. You can display the average delay time for freight orders that arrived late at customer sites.

Key Features

  • Calculation rules:

    The query delivers the average delay Time in Hours of an arrived Freight Order or Freight Booking the expected event ARRIV_DEST is reported late (actual event date and time for the event is later than the latest expected event date and time) and meet the following conditions:

    • Event Status is 'R' (reported)

  • In addition several attributes and dates are given for a possible drill-down.

  • Generic drill down: You can use the following measures:

    • By Carrier

    • By Transportation Mode

    • By Source and Destination Location

    • By Source and Destination Location Country

  • The business benefit of this KPI is that it provides possible insights into ways to reduce the average delay time.
