With the transactional app Track Sales Pipeline, you can review the performance of the employees in your sales team, against their overall targets. As a sales manager, you can view opportunities by account or employee, and also view the top 10 opportunities within your team.


As a sales manager, you are assigned to the position Head of Org. Unit in the Organizational Model of the SAP CRM system.

  • Analyze and filter pipeline and target achievement per team.

  • Display opportunities in weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly time periods.

  • View opportunity details such as account information, primary contact, employee responsible, and their contact information.

System Landscape Requirements

In order to be able to implement this app, your system landscape has to be enabled for SAP Fiori. One of the requirements for your system landscape is that your back-end product meets the required product version stack:

Note If you want to implement the product on SAP enhancement package 2 for SAP CRM or a lower release, you need to install the software component containing the back-end components of the apps (that is, GBX02CRM 700) separately on your back-end system. This software component is delivered with the product SAP Fiori transactional apps 1.0 for SAP CRM. To install the apps for a lower back-end release, we recommend that you install both the front-end and back-end components with the product SAP Fiori transactional apps 1.0 for SAP CRM.
