My Contacts Locate this document in the navigation structure

Abstract for SAP Fiori apps.

With the transactional app My Contacts you can search for contacts stored in the back end, either for your own contacts or for all contacts. You can display contact details, start follow-up activities, edit contact information, and create new contacts. In a meeting with an existing contact, you can quickly check and update the available information. For new contacts, you can enter data directly on your mobile device or desktop PC, from where it is automatically transferred to the back-end system.

  • Search for contacts by first name, last name, or account

  • Sort the contacts list by first name, last name, and account

  • Switch between own contacts (contacts of all those accounts to which you are assigned as employee responsible in the back end) and all contacts

  • Display communication data, notes, and attachments for a contact

  • Start follow-up activities for the selected contact, such as making a call or writing an email

  • Display a quick overview of contact’s accounts and navigate to more details for the account

  • Edit contact information, add new notes and attachments, add or change the contact’s photo

  • Create a new contact for an existing account
