Finding, Displaying, and Deleting Scheduled Broadcast Settings

Use

You can find and display the scheduled broadcast settings according to various criteria and delete the scheduling as required.

Prerequisites

You have scheduled at least one broadcast setting.

Procedure

1. Choose Overview of Scheduled Settings.
2. Enter one or more of the following search criteria:
   • Event:Choose direct scheduling in SAP background processing, the predefined time, or the data change event for which the setting is scheduled.
   • Settings: Enter the technical name of the broadcast setting manually or by using Selection.You can also search within an area.
   • Created By:Enter the user name of the creator manually or by using Selection.You can also search within an area.
   • Scheduled By:Either manually or by using Selection,enterthe user name of the user who scheduled the broadcast setting.You can also search within an area.
3. Choose Select.

   The list of relevant, scheduled broadcast settings appears in the lower area of the BEx Broadcaster.

4. If required, you can select the scheduled broadcast settings and delete them using the Delete Selected Schedulingbutton.
