Displaying the Test Dates in the Testing Schedule

Use

When the system has scheduled the test dates for the stability study, you can view these dates in the testing schedule.

The procedure below describes how to display a testing schedule using a transaction in the key functional area Asset Life-Cycle Management . In this area, the testing schedule is referred to as a maintenance plan . These objects are identical and the terms are synonymous.

Prerequisites

You have defined a start date for the stability study, which in turn has triggered the scheduling of test dates for the study.

Procedure

  1. From the SAP Easy Access menu, choose Start of the navigation path Logistics Next navigation step Quality Management Next navigation step Stability Study Next navigation step Stability Planning Next navigation step Testing Schedule Next navigation step Display End of the navigation path .

The initial screen for displaying a maintenance plan (testing schedule) appears.

  1. On the initial screen, enter the key of the maintenance plan you want to display and then choose Enter . If necessary, use the possible entries help to select a maintenance plan.

The screen for displaying the data in the maintenance plan appears.

  1. You can display all scheduled test dates or the test dates for specific items only, as described below:

In the maintenance plan header

Choose the Maintenance plan schedule calls tab in the upper part of the screen

or

Choose Start of the navigation path Goto Next navigation step Schedule overview list End of the navigation path

At the item level of the maintenance plan

In the lower part of the screen, select a maintenance plan item and then choose the Schedule call item tab .
