Changing a Storage Condition

Use

If necessary, you can change or update the detailed information for a storage condition during the course of an ongoing stability study (for example, to change the actual physical-sample quantity for a stability sample or to change the location of the physical sample).

Prerequisites

The storage condition to be changed has been specified in the stability study and the status of the storage condition is not locked ( LKD ).

Procedure

  1. From the SAP Easy Access menu, choose Start of the navigation path Logistics Next navigation step Quality Management Next navigation step Stability Study Next navigation step Stability Study Next navigation step Change End of the navigation path .

  2. The initial screen for changing a stability study appears.

  3. On the initial screen, enter the key of the stability study you want to process and then choose Enter .

  4. The screen for changing the stability study data appears.

  5. In the action box on the right side of the screen, choose the follow-up function Change Storage Conditions .

  6. A dialog box for changing the storage condition data appears.

  7. Select the row(s) in the table that contains the storage condition(s) you want to change.

  8. Change the data for each storage condition as necessary (for example, Quantity or Sample location ).

  9. Choose one of the following options in the dialog box, depending on how you want to proceed:

  • Change Stability Samples, Save/Exit Notification

  • Change Stability Samples, Save/Change Notification
