Specifying Additional Storage Condition(s)This procedure describes how to select and add additional storage conditions to an ongoing stability study, in which storage conditions have already been specified.
You have completed the following activities:
The initial sample has been created.
Storage conditions have already been specified in the stability study.
The storage conditions to be added to the stability study have been defined in Customizing for ).
From the
SAP Easy Access
menu, choose
.
The initial screen for changing a stability study appears.
On the initial screen, enter the key of the stability study you want to process and then choose
Enter
.
The screen for changing the stability study data appears.
In the action box on the right side of the screen, choose the follow-up function
Specify Additional Storage Conditions
.
Note
If you have already created a testing schedule for the stability study, an information message appears to inform you that you must also manually maintain the new storage conditions in the testing schedule. In this case, choose
Continue
to proceed to the second dialog box for selecting the new storage conditions.
If you have not created a testing schedule, the dialog box for selecting the storage conditions appears immediately.
Select the storage conditions you want to add to the stability study.
Enter a physical-sample quantity for each storage condition you selected.
The quantity you enter for a storage condition will be multiplied by the number of planned tests for the storage condition when you print the storage list , in order to calculate a proposal for the sample quantity to be stored. It is therefore recommended that you enter a default quantity for the storage condition, which would be needed to test the storage condition exactly once.
Choose one of the following options in the dialog box, depending on how you want to proceed:
Specify Storage Conditions, Save/Exit Notification
Specify Storage Conditions, Save/Change Notification
Additional storage conditions have been added to the stability study. You must maintain items for these new storage conditions in the testing schedule.
