Exporting the List

Use

You can export the list to the following programs:

Microsoft Excel

Only the data currently displayed in the list is exported. For example, hidden data or data lines that cannot be displayed because of a filter are not exported (see Exportieren der Liste nach Microsoft Excel).

BEx Analyzer

This export also creates an Excel table. It prepares the list specially for working in the BEx Analyzer. Here all the available columns are exported, independent of whether they can be displayed in the list or not (see Exportieren der Liste in den BEx Analyzer).

Crystal Reports
