Sorting the List

In the Settings dialog box (see Specifying the Sort Direction )

In the actual list (see Sorting Using Column Headers )

Columns

You specify one or more columns using which you want to sort the list.

Sort Direction

For each of these columns, you specify whether the values are to be sorted in ascending or descending order.

Sort Sequence

You specify in which sequence you want to sort the columns (see Specifying the Sort Sequence of Columns ).
