With the Recruiter role, this business package provides employees who take on recruitment tasks within the process with central access to all tasks and information that they need for their work. This also includes information for screening candidates.

Recruiters can use this business package to obtain an overview of all information that they need for their daily work, such as open requisitions or expiring job postings. The business package also provides recruiters with direct access to the various tasks that they execute in SAP E-Recruiting.

Using the business package, recruiters can process the following tasks:

  • Creation and processing of requisitions

  • Publication of job postings

  • Searching for candidates and candidate screening

  • Tracking of candidate selection process

  • Processing of all Activity Management tasks within the candidate selection process
