Definition

The Annual Extra Pay (SAC), also called Annual Bonus, is a payment received by all full-time employees. This payment is made in two installments, at the end of the each calendar half-year, that is, at the end of June and the end of December.

The Annual Extra Payment (SAC) received in the course of one year is approximately equal to the salary or wages for one month.
