Displaying a Set Directory

You can use the Utilities → Set directory function to produce a directory listing of all or selected sets. You can use this function from the Create/Display/Change/Delete Set screens.

Procedure

  1. Choose Utilities → Set directory .

  2. The Set Directory screen appears.

  3. Enter data as required.

  4. The data you enter determines the data that is selected for display.

  5. If you want to display the graphics of the selected sets, select Display graphics .

  6. Choose Program → Execute .

  7. A list of the sets meeting the criteria you entered on the previous screen appears.

  8. You can use the following additional processing functions on the Set Directory screen.

Directory → Print

Print the list of sets meeting the criteria you entered on the selection screen.

Edit → Display graphic

Display the graphic of the set on which the cursor is positioned.

Goto → New selection

Enter new selection criteria for displaying a directory listing of sets.
