Configuration

Designing the Code of Conduct Application

You can design the HCM Processes and Forms scenarios in the Design Time for Processes and Forms framework, using transaction HRASR_DT. The Code of Conduct application uses the Code of Business Conduct Service (CODE_OF_CONDUCT) process, which by default is valid until 31-12-9999. If required, you can create a new validity period for the process, which helps an employer finalize and customize the code of conduct acceptance. To create a new validity period, proceed as follows:

  1. In the Code of Business Conduct Service process, right click Validity Period and select Create.

  2. Create a new form

  3. Create a new form scenario

  4. After you create the new validity period, assign the new form scenario to the code of conduct process.

For more information about design time for HCM Processes and Forms, see HR Administrative Services.

Internal Service Request (ISR) Scenario

This application uses the ISR scenario, Form Scenario for Code of Business Conduct (SCOC), which you can access using transaction QISRSCENARIO.

Form Scenario

This application uses the form scenario, Form Scenario for Code of Business Conduct Service (S_HR_PA_XX_COC), in the Design Time for Processes and Forms framework, which you can access using transaction HRASR_DT .

Code of Conduct Service Form

This application uses the Code of Conduct Service (SR_HRASR_COC) form, which is used as an Adobe interactive form and which you can access using transaction SFP.

Status of Code of Conduct Acceptance Form

If an employee does not accept the enterprise’s code of conduct, they receive the Code of Conduct Acceptance form in edit mode. In the role, under the Corporate Information area page, the description entry displays the acceptance status of an employee’s code of conduct.

Mapping a User Name to a Personnel Number

The Communication (0105) infotype, subtype 0001 stores the system user name for a specific personnel number (PERNR). When the user views the application, the appropriate PERNR is retrieved.
