Share Scorecard Set Results

You can copy the URL of your scorecard set results and share it with other users who can click on the link to display and drill-down through the interactive charts.

  1. In the homepage of SAP Agile Data Preparation, select the Data Domains tile, and go to the Scorecard Sets tab.
  2. From the list on the left, select the scorecard set result you what to share.
  3. Share this scorecard set result by following these steps:
    1. Click the edit icon in the upper right corner.
    2. On the Schedule Scorecard Set dialog, scroll down and click the link under Shared Status.

      The link will say Private if this scorecard set has not been made shareable. If the scorecard is currently being shared, the link will state the number of users and groups with whom it has been shared.

    3. From the list on the left of the Collaborators dialog, select the users and groups with whom you want to share the scorecard set.
    4. Click Save on the Collaborators dialog.
    5. Click Save on the Schedule Scorecard Set dialog.
  4. Copy the URL of any of the following charts from the browser's address box and paste it in a message to one or more users or groups with whom you shared the scorecard set in step 3.
    • The entire scorecard set charts
    • A specific scorecard chart when the set contains more than one scorecard

After logging into SAP Agile Data Preparation, other users can click on the URL in the message to view the scorecard set results.
