Use a Shared Scorecard Dashboard
View a scorecard dashboard that has been shared with your user ID or a group to which you belong.
This video shows how a data steward creates and shares a scorecard dashboard, and how each collaborator uses the shared dashboard.

Open the scorecard dashboard that has been shared with you in one of the
following ways:
- Click the notification icon in the upper right-hand corner next to your username, and click the notification that says the dashboard has been shared with you.
- Go to the Data Domains tile and select the Scorecard Dashboard tab.

(Optional) If the dashboard owner enabled filtering, you can take any of the
following actions to filter the scorecard to view the graphs for a subset of
records.
- Click on a bar in any of the interactive charts to obtain the average quality score and
trend for that specific rule, quality dimension, or column.
A filter is created when you click a specific bar. You can edit this filter to change what displays. You remove the filter to go back to the original charts.
- If multiple bars are on a chart, you can select a subset of the bars by clicking outside the first bar and dragging your pointer to select the bars you want.
- Click on a bar in any of the interactive charts to obtain the average quality score and
trend for that specific rule, quality dimension, or column.

(Optional) To save a copy of the scorecard, click the icon
in the
upper right corner.
- (Optional) Change the name.
- (Optional) Change the description.
- Click Save.

(Optional) If the dashboard owner specified the Read-only option in
the Failing records sharing condition, you can take any
of the following actions for the records that failed one or more rules:
- Click Show failing records to display the following
information:

Scorecard name
-
Rule name
-
Rule quality dimension
-
Rule description
-
Value in each drilldown column

- Export this information to a file that can be used to fix the records in an application
outside of SAP Agile Data Preparation. You can export the failing records to
one of the following:

Comma-separated value file
-
Microsoft Excel spreadsheet

HANA table

- Click Show failing records to display the following
information:
