Copying Reusable Rules

Prerequisites

Reusable rules already exist for a different project that can be used for your project as well.

Procedure

  1. On the LSMW initial screen, choose Start of the navigation pathGoto Next navigation step AdministrationEnd of the navigation path. A dialog box is displayed.
  2. Open the folder of the project from which you want to copy the corresponding rule.
  3. Position the cursor on the corresponding rule.
  4. Choose Start of the navigation pathAdministration Next navigation step Copy EntryEnd of the navigation path. A dialog box appears.
  5. Specify the ID of the project (or select it from the list) to which you want to copy the reusable rule.
  6. Choose Continue. The reusable rule is copied.
