Starting the LSM Workbench

Prerequisites

You have the appropriate authorization.

Process

  1. Enter transaction code LSMW to display the initial screen.

  2. Select a project, subproject, and a data object. Choose Start of the navigation pathEdit Next navigation step Create EntryEnd of the navigation path if you want to configure a new project, subproject or data object. The ID of the entry can have a maximum of ten characters (without blanks).

  3. Name the object: Enter an ID with a maximum of ten characters to identify the business data object. See: Object

  4. Choose Execute (Continue). The selection list of steps is displayed.
