Assigning Files

Use

Assigns the files already defined to the source structures.

Prerequisites

In step Specify Files, you have defined the files, that is, made them known to the system. The LSMW now knows the specified files and defaults them for assignment.

Process

1. From the list of steps, choose Assign Files.

2. Switch to change mode.

3. Position the cursor on a structure.

4. Choose Assign File. A dialog box appears.

5. Select the corresponding file.

6. Choose Continue to confirm.

Result

The files have been assigned to the source structures.
