Starting the Deletion Program - Process Orders (PP-PI)

Note Note

Normally, data is deleted from the database immediately after the archive files are created. This means you can only run the deletion program manually if archive files were created and data was not deleted.

  1. Choose Start of the navigation path Logistics Next navigation step Production - Process Next navigation step Process Order Next navigation step Tools Next navigation step DB Archiving Next navigation step Process Order. End of the navigation path

  2. The initial screen for archiving process orders appears.

  3. Choose Delete .

  4. Select one or more archive files.

  5. Enter the start date.

  6. Enter the spool parameters.

Note Note

If you set the Test run indicator, data is not deleted from the database. The system only creates a log.
