Arrival Rate Locations

The system determines travel allowance reimbursement amounts based on the "arrival" location on the itinerary.

To determine the Arrival Rate Location, the system (in this order):

• Checks for an exact match on Country, State/Province, and City.

• Checks for an exact match on Country and City but no State/Province.

• Checks for an exact match on Country and State/Province but no City.

• Checks for an exact match on Country but no State/Province and City.

• Checks for a record with no Country and State/Province. This is the "All Other Countries" entry.
