Account for No Show Attendees

Your company may allow you to account for No Show attendees. For example, assume that an event was planned for three attendees, prepaid in the amount of 300 USD, which means each of the attendees would be allotted an amount of 100. Now assume that one of the attendees cancelled at the last minute so only two attendees were present. By default, each attendee would be allotted an amount of 150. By using the No Show feature, you can indicate that one attendee was a no show so that other attendees reflect the correct amount of 100 each.

If your system is configured to account for No Show attendees:
  1. With the expense open, click Attendees on the Details tab. The Attendees window appears.
  2. Click Add > No Shows.
  3. Enter the number of no show attendees.
  4. Click Add To List. The amounts automatically adjust accordingly.
