View Credit Card Data
When a company card transaction is imported into the system, you can view details about the transaction beyond the basic information.
Company card transactions have three levels of detail:
-
Level 1: Includes cardholder information, such as name, address, and phone number
-
Level 2: Includes basic transaction information, such as amount, date, vendor name, location, and currency
-
Level 3: Includes additional information about the transaction, for example, for airfare it includes ticket number, class (First, Business, Coach), and departure and arrival cities
There are four supported types of level 3 data:
-
Travel (includes airfare, train, bus, and so on): Includes both summary, such as traveler name and ticket number, and detail, such as segment or leg
-
Car Rental: Only one level of data, such as weekly rates, mileage rates, drop-off fees, gas charges, insurance charges, and so on
-
Hotel/Lodging: Only one level of data, such as food, laundry, room charges, room taxes, movies, parking, gym, and so on; amounts for the various expense types are summary totals for that expense type for the entire hotel stay
-
Purchasing: Includes as both summary, such as vendor reference and tax numbers, and detail, such as quantities, taxes, unit costs, and so on
To view card data, in the Available Expenses section of the Manage Expenses page, click the item in the Payment Type column. The Expense Source window appears and displays all available information. You can also click the image in the Receipt column (if any).
